August Card Gathering

     I finally figured out the second card that we will be making at our August Card Gathering.  Both cards will be made using the Seaside Paper Pack and the Have a Happy Day (D1616) stamp set.  I really like this stamp set.  It is so versatile with lots of sentiments, background shapes, designs, and flowers. 

The August Card Gathering is on Thursday, August 21st at 7:00 p.m. at my house.  If you are local in the Portland, Oregon area and would like to attend, just e-mail at the "Contact Me" on the right hand side of the blog near the top.  We will also be making the card that I posted on August 5th with the daisy on it.  Hopefully, everyone will have fun!  This is our first gathering with the new catalog.  This is my third gathering since I joined Close To My Heart as a consultant.

There are several sentiments that come in this stamp set.  See the stamp set below.  I think I'll have to make another card with a different sentiment to send to someone.
